I understood it to be that the paint job on the vehicle can use for example, 2x pixels for design?

2Stickman: I mean that you can try to use square forms in designing of vehicle.

Good challenge! I'm a little confused about the "pixel art technique" bit. I'm just wondering if someone can make it a little more clear: "..must have connection with some pixel technique" as opposed to what exactly?
