Some are cool, but most it looks like they just took a flat polygon of the pixel art and gave it a bit of depth, or 'legofied' it. There are a bit I do like though, like the Pokemon, Donkey Kong, Super Mario Sphere, and the red turtle shell. The Zelda overworld one looks pretty bad, to be honest.
