We literally can't do anything once the challenge voting news post is made.
Really. Nothing? Mission impossible? One would think that after not attending to these server problems which is the responsibility of admins, the very admins would not be so rigid toward all late submissions and include them, trusting the submitters they were done in time.
Yes that's very unfortunate but there is nothing we can do about it. Sorry! :(
