Pretty cute so far. I like the trees, very simplistic!

Nice colors. Be extra clean with the lineart. Especially the treetops, k.

- Here, made an edit for you :P, I'd recommend fixing up the colors, and don't restrict yourself / limit yourself too much! saturation doesn't have to be too high or too low! -

Thank you for editing really helped me a lot.
I made a draft following his edition does not know if it was really good because I'm fast running out of time I hope you have been good sketch. Before proceeding, I want you to see and want to know what you think I give a continuity of the waterfall into a river.

You could have the waterfall just land on another rock platform and make some sort of endless subtle loop animation of water in a sort of Escher-esque way ????

I made some edits before you see the comment from @ Jalonso and here they are:
1.0 - 1.1 : I cleaned the lines and tried other colors. 2.O : I started working on the rocks. And here is the edition issued upon the edition of @ Jalonso:
Particularly I really loved the idea What do you think? And what did you think about the waterfall being born a girl crying and random animations like the boat coming to post loads and boy practicing some kind of dance? |

Waterfalls don't end up in rivers with the same size. They create some kind of reservoir much bigger than their size. I think you should make those waterfalls much smaller and make the lower area more like a round lake instead of 2 rivers mixing together.
Also the building on top have a strange shape. The roof is the part that bugs me most. It shouldn't look like that from that point of view. Edited by Numberplay - 19 May 2013 at 8:20am |

Make your bottom platform large and have the ground indented slightly with a large pool of water. Put a boat rowing in circles in the lake/pool if you can. Also, when you start fleshing this out make certain to have some of the grass lap over the cliff/rock-base in blades.
The girl crying is cool; however, I'd move her platform directly abov the initial flow of water so it's actually plausible (as plausible as that concept can be anyway) |

The world is but a shadow of emotion, cast in shades of grey.
