I made this palette generator at the weekend.
It saves JASC palettes (.pal) that are supported by graphics programs like PaintShopPro and GraphicsGale, amongst others. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/75062453/Ludum%20Palettes-win7.zip I hope some of you will find it useful. And if you have any feature requests, or ideas for other small programs then do leave a comment. :)

An updated version is now available that fixes a bug experienced by some windows 7 users. :)

Dunno about that one but here is another Ludum gem (there are a LOT of great apps available there, most made by users for doing things fast and simple)
ps. I've used this in Win7, worked great (I downloaded the .swf and used it offline in Irfanview)
