Kathy Rain, a sassy college student with an extraordinary talent for 
digging up the truth returns to her hometown after being gone for many 
years to be dragged into a great mystery, the legacy of her recently 
deceased grandfather.

Positions needed:
2D
 Background artist(320x200 resolution) - What I'd 
like to see is a realistic style, something
 in line with the original Gabriel Knight would be ideal. Preferably
 the backgrounds should require minimal scaling for 64 pixel height 
characters. Some backgrounds will also be first person closeups of 
objects which the player can use and manipulate. Currently it adds
 up to 32 different backgrounds.

2D Character artist - ~32x64 
characters matching the aforementioned backgrounds. Currently there are plans for 18 different characters in the game.

2D Character animator - Animation of the aforementioned characters.

	I want to play that VG soon! Mmm, about Gabriel Knight BGs, I'm not sure but remember that classic game and I think they used digitalized photographies.

Close, they used scans of detailed hand drawn backgrounds on paper and then pushed pixels digitally. So it may be a tad much asking for a similar level of detail, it's just an example of a style I like :) On topic: Character artist and animator position filled, still looking for someone to do the backgrounds!
