I'm afraid there really isn't a lot of information to critique on here...I can't make out the form or what color it's going to be, so I can't say that there's much you could improve on at this point other than fixing your outlines. The top of the helmet isn't rounded enough, not to mention I'm seeing some stray pixels on the lower-left leg. Also, you need to pay more attention to your anatomy because the left arm and leg are pointed in a very strange direction. Fix that up and show us all your progress!
