I added this the other day based mostly on your gallery and understanding that you do in fact understand and know pixelling well enough even though I had reservations on the piece.
When zoomed there are some giveaway areas that shows that sections in the animations frames have been skewed and distorted. The arm, flamethrower and legs in particular. The whole lineart has the signature of this CG skew too. I can see these assets were pixelled but the skewing makes these NPA. This NPA is fine and acceptable and this technique is often done (usually cleaned up afterwards which does not appear to be the case here) but in the PJ gallery this is considered unacceptable only because of the whole 'pure pixelling' thing.
Anyhoo, regardless of that it was added and had nobody screamed foul it would have been overlooked and left in the gallery. In the past 2-3 days several member reports have been sent in to us pointing out the exact reasons I had reservations about and since PJ is member driven the decision to keep in the gallery has been overturned.
You can edit this piece (upload new version on the art page and hit resubmit). I suggest maybe a static version with all pure pixel pushed assets or cleaned up pixel work using the FXd assets as your ref.
The main reason PJ dislikes FXd art in the gallery is that PJ members like to learn from other's art and any manipulation, CG, FX or other 'funny bitnez' only teaches the lesser skilled to be lazy, sloppy and uncontrolled.
We know that art rejection of any kind never feels good so in any future work where you have a question of any kind use the forum's WIP section for feedback before submitting...

...as always, because sometimes we are wrong, if you feel this assestment is wrong please state your case and if valid we will reverse the decision :)
