I'm gonna have to go with Mario Bros... mostly the RPG games in the series. The Paper Mario games cracked me up, a lot. Tons of funny references to earlier games.

Never played Conker's Bad Fur Day, but I had Banjo Kazooie which was a really lovely game <3

Obviously it didn't make me laugh out loud. But I've been playing on fire emblem again recently for the GBA and a few moments with the 'support' chatting are quite amusing, enough to raise a smile.
I haven't realy played any of the games on that list properly. So that's sorta lame. D= |
