So I've recently drawn a Pixel Maniac's Silhouette.
It's my very first work, SO WATCH IT LEAVE FEEDBACK.

Ow, it's... Weird.
Looks more like some MS Paint thing.

Hey, don't knock MS Paint! It's gotten a lot better. Anyways, I don't know what to say about this piece since you don't have much in it. How about some more detail, and then we can say something.
However, you might want to freshen up your person in the foreground.

I would much rather use MS Paint for pixel art than Photoshop, even if PS has more features.
The concept needs to be reworked a bit. Shoulders, head, and that weird bulge on the side of his leg.

There are much better available programs than MSpaint, it has no particular advantages so I don't see why anyone would use it over a program geared toward pixel art (other than familiarity). I think Pookaball was trying to say it looks like uncontrolled/lazy oekaki as opposed to pixel art anyway.
the anatomy is bad and the piece is boring. do something other than a silhouette and use references. And don't make multiple threads, particularly if you aren't that involved with either of them.
shoulders are too broad, hips are too wide for the chest (pear shaped), arms are stiff, hands are blocks, feet are curiously absent, head is too small, neck is more or less absent, looks like he's holding a knife by the blade. most importantly I think is that the pose just isn't interesting. Again, make sure to use references, especially when dealing with human anatomy.
