I started spriting as a hobby about 3 years ago at a forum called Pixeltendo.  Since then, I have improved and am able to call my self a "decent spriter", at the least.  I can see that I have much more work to do, and so much more to learn before becoming really good, but practice makes perfect, and that's what I aim to do.
