Wolverine Bio:

I don't visit this place much anymore as it's a bit of a distraction when trying to work on my projects.  Also there's so much good stuff here it makes me keep wanting to redo my graphics in my games to get to their level and thus I'd never get anything complete.  If you want to message me there is an address on my site at www.carnivac.co.uk but I am not currently for hire so if you're looking for an artist for your game there's plenty fantastic artists on this site who can do a great job.

- Carnivac (or Wolverine... whatever)

Nice stuff.  Not too fond of the planes but the rest is great.

That's what I like about this the most.  I love all the details and don't find it confusing at all.

Nicely animated though I really don't like the character design or style but that's just personal preference.  You're good at what you do.  The preview image looks messed up here though.  Random transparent pixels all over the face, dress and arm.

That's not small.  Is 87 pixels high which to me (since I been mostly doing 16x16 stuff) is freakin' huge.  Nicely pixelled though even though I'm not keen on the character design.

looks very cool as usual

This is one of those large-ish pieces that looks decent on first glance but after a while a lot of room for improvement becomes very apparent.  It's very sloppy in places especially the trees (particularly the ones above the back of the tank).  There's a lot of jagged edges on the tank too such as on the wheels and the side of the main body.

I want to see it animated and into an actual NES platformer.

I think you should have come first mainly cos this is just so incredibly silly.  Good work.

Don't find it cluttered at all.  Just looks really detailed and I like that.

I can read them easy enough.  Good work as usual.  Your style has quickly become one of my favorites on this site.

I don't have a job and I bought a PS3 and games just fine.  I liked Guilty Gear X a lot but I cannot get into BlazBlue at all.  I just don't like the character design.

And to an earlier post yeah Uncharted 2 is the game I now consider my most favorite of all time.  Finished it several times already and still constantly playing it.  Even the online modes that.  I knew I'd enjoy a good deathmatch if it was in a decent third person engine and not first person.

I love Street Fighter IV and SF Alpha 3 (particularly MAX version on PSP) but I loathe Marvel vs Capcom 2.  First one was ok but the second, in my opinion, is a broken unplayable mass of crap that seemed to revel in having loads of characters but nothing in the way of satisfying gameplay.  Don't know why I bought it on PSN when I had already bought it on Dreamcast years ago and hated it.  CRAP music too.  Least the first game had decent versions of the recognisable classic themes for each character.  I owned Capcom Vs SNK 2 for PS2 and that was a better game although I just didn't care for it all that much, partially since I've got no interest in the SNK characters at all so half of the game was just bleh to me.  Not keen on the SSFII HD Remix.  Ended up just turning the sprites back to the original pixels.  Super Street Fighter IV apparently has five new characters in addition to the aforementioned T.Hawk, Dee Jay and Juri play vaious other improvements and supposedly some bonuses for those of us who own the first edition.  Said it will be cheaper than a fullprice game too but won't know for sure til it's out.  I'll buy it no matter what anyways cos I love SFIV and won't be able to play mine knowing theres a better one out (and likely my friends online will get the new one too and I'll want to play them)

Did you apply a filter to this for the colors to change as it goes down?  It seems it.  It's got 251 colors.

Green's my favorite color yet I have no green ribbons at all :(

I much prefer it as it is now.  The speed tweaking actually makes the animation somewhat irritating to me. But yeah the current one is very well done.

Nope.  Already bought me what I consider game of the year.  I don't like first person shooters anyways.  Much prefer third person.

Probably just you.   The hair's one of the bits I like the most but then I'm not into silly anime hairstyles with weird colors.

Nice work on the body but something about her head is bugging me.  I can't figure out what it is though.

It originally was but it still somehow didn't feel right to me and looked wonky so I changed it back.  I know it's not perfect but I think I just got fed up of doing the legs.  I find chunky male characters so much easier to draw.

Nothing wrong with the CPC palette thanks. By far and away my favorite palette of the 8 bit computers and no I ain't gonna take part in that.
