Another fan piece of Tetsuo Shima from Akira. I made the original lineart much differently. [here] The arm was too hard for me to color to fit the style, but if you'd like to, go ahead and color the pic. Comments and crits are appreciated. EDIT! I remade the arm and the new lineart is here if anyone cares.
