They arent like that at all. They would be like Mr. Potato head if you created your own plastic parts to put on him yourself.

dolls are like Mr. Potato head.
you throw on a face and some accesories / details and its done.
you cant take that to a sculture making place and present it. it just doesnt fit.
true you can make some nice looking dolls. but there are places for that.

Alex, what the frick is wrong with dolls? Some dolls are tool shaded, not pixel art, and obviously those ones shouldnt be on here, but some other dolls are made pixel by freaking pixel, so whats the problem? This is obviously a PIXEL created doll, so I dont see why your making a fuss about it.

If this is stolen, however, that is another matter intirely.

pixeljoint isnt for dolls or doll like work in my opinion, and either way this is poorly executed. I will not give much more cnc past that considering i dont think this piece should even be on the site.
