Something I whipped up a couple of months ago. The style uses too many colors for my taste, but it was a fun sprite.

I get more colors wikth darkening and not recyling colors. yet on my sprites the main shades are viewable.

bowser looks a little bit pillowish, but only slightly. It still looks very good.

yoshi uses 27 colors, frario used 41. since he was trying to imitate frario's style, he could have used a dozen more colors without breaking style. i know people like low color counts, but sometimes its important to pay attention to what the artist is trying to achieve in his/her work

Jeez, how long did this take? It's amazing! You're pretty good with that style, except you used quite a few colors. Other than that, it's perfect. I recommend you make more. 5+/5 and fav.

as far as the color count, he IS doing it in Frario's style, so while it could be reduced, i think this is more of an emulation point?
