Well, i've just finished this painfull animaton (dislike it, and i´ll kill you >D~), it gave me a lot of stress and i almost liked the results, probably i´ll never make something as big as this one, im too lazy...

PS: the end of the animation is not so good thanks to my level of stress ¬¬ (6h animating it today only)

@ Adarias:

Slowing down animations: Maybe slow machine or obsolete browser version?
Darker PNGs: Did'nt hear about that before, because I don't use PNGs, since the most used browser (IE) doesn't support the alpha channel, so there's no point in using it (except for the lossless LZW compression for 24bit pics). But indeed a quick Google search showed me, that the issue exists. Appearently an IE-only-"feature" caused by a "double-alpha" problem with PS-saved PNGs.

Imagician : i dont actually know anything about it, that was just what i thought.  do you know why the animation would be changed? the internet does so many strange things to images (like make png's darker for no reason)

@ Adarias: I really wonder, what makes you think any user agent would do that? That's rubbish. Of course each frame is displayed with it's determined duration. Please don't take it personal

I made it, but now its too slow, seems like the browser changes the speed to a default value...

im pretty sure for most internet browsers, it plays everything at global speed, not specific frames.  if you want to go slower in the middle, set the speed for everything high and then double up those frames

I just realized that the animation speed is a bit wrong, it should be faster in the begining and slower in the end...

Does anyone knows why? (im sure that i' ve changed the speed)
