I actually like the pallete! And I love the character! However his fingers(?) looks very wierd!

I remember this one on GSC4.
Nice lineart, that's a good proportion and nice anatomy... But, it needs some colouring fixes, like a bit more contrast, a more different pallete (pure black and white is so boring u.u). And remove that white outline, it's not really necessary.
