My rendition of Mario Poket Fighter Style. His pose is inspired by Ryu's Pocket Fighter. I know there's no signature mustache but I didn't really feel like adding it. I think he looks better shaved, plus I think it fits my style better. Enjoy. *EDIT 7/6/06* Tried to make him look like Mario.

Wow, I like this, cool style! The only thing that needs a touch up is his left arm, the glove seems square, and the arm seems to lack shading

I think you could pass him as a "Mario in his younger years" but i really thing that you should add more hair to him, and a lil "bad-shaving" touch.

I think the lightsource is unclear here. His cap has the light comming from the right, but his right leg, his face and his body seem to have the light comming from the right.. nice lineart though and nice colors.
