One of my first pixel art attempts. I've wanted to make some Zelda fan art for a while, and I always loved how Link looked when transformed into the Zora Mikau, so, there you go. Mikau/Link jamming on the fish bone guitar.

In my opinion, it has WAY too many colors. I count 77? (It might be messed up, I dunno.) And the amount of contrast isn't good at all, comparing to the amount of colors.

I'd use some dithering too, just to get that blended in. But, it's good line art.

I think if you're just getting into pixel art, it's a good idea to start small. This allows you to learn the pixeling-specific techniques and "tricks o' the trade" without having to spend too much time on each piece (because: the better you get before you start doing big pieces, the better a use they will be of the huge amount of time they take).

Need some more contrast in his boots and gloves, nice draw, but i think his "hair" its a little more bigger than this
