good question... THIS is how i judge a rip.
first i look at your piece, flip yours horiziontally, then look at this sprite sheet... then i look at the 2nd row, 7th in. OMG! yours is exactly the same!!!
a rip is something you didnt make, but you upload it as your own to your gallery. you have officially given yourself a bad name here. most people caught ripping here must eventually leave because they never regain the trust they lost. from this day forward, anything you submit will be double checked for being a rip.

I didn't rip this sprite i make every sprite myself.
I copy from games Yes but i do not rip them and i do change them a bit.
