his head shape is a bit weird

The lineart is wonderful and really expressive. I love how much personality you've put into the guy's face, and in his posture and style.

Its okay.  IM not such a fan of the colours.

Really nice and creative. I must agre with Mirre here. You should learn to unify your color palettes. Not a critical thing but it makes for more professional looking pixelart. Especially here where we zoom and inspect pixels.

I'm curious about why you used different skin colours for his head and hands. Otherwise I really like the pose of him, the background, and how you shaded the cheeks. The lightest skin tone on the head could be lighter though to make for more contrast. Also, you could take away one of the colours on the cross, because it wouldn't really make any difference. I barely noticed there were two colours on it when it was zoomed in.

looks really good. Just one thing, there is like a white border around the character who make him "unfinished". I don't know if it's the impression you wanted to give to your art but it looks unfinished. Really good work for the rest!
