I do not use filters since i don't even use them when i do normal artwork (only when situation really needs it), i ain't using blur tool, burn, dodge etc. only pure brush or pencil ...in my opinion other tools kill creativity and colour palette... problem may be also that on this pic i used pencil with opacity around 90 % before i saw what is going on and i was too lazy to correct it all ^^; so there may be some lone pixels laying around here and there... I am sorry if my lazyness offended anybody

Right, Breton: until you get to the clothes on the second and third frames. They're rediculously smooth and use a zillion colors. Why is everything else so very, very jagged if the person has the skill to make the clothing look like that without the paintbrush/blur tool, etc? If anything else were even remotely that smooth or had that much attention to it I might buy that the clothes were done with the pencil tool.

Sure it's possible to control the palette in photoshop. My point is that it doesn't look nearly smooth enough to justify those extra colors. It looks jagged and pixely enough to show the intent was to make pixel art. It's just not very good pixel art.

i use photoshop for pixel art, i always control my palette very well, never use filters, or anything like that...  so that isnt a good excuse imo

I didn't understand much of that, but from what I understand, you don't think you should adhere to the same restrictions and rules placed on pixelart that the rest of us obey, and it's ok for you to use NPA tools and filters.

I don't know hum much pixel art this can be... i spend whole day with pencil tool in photoshop to draw the  picture itself... propably you will now curse me for using photoshop, buit i ain't doing pixel-art for everyday so i use what i ahve and what i can use...

Again, not pixel art. 83 colours in your first frame? 48 colours on the frame with her breasts - 20 colours for the highlight on her breast alone, not to mention the smeary texture that you really only get with using tools?
