You can get a nice effect if you darken the highlight color on her skin slightly and up the saturation a lot. The eyes are a little dead looking, a bit more reflection in them would be good. Her fingers are a bit thick and man-like, and the connection between the arm and the shoulder isn't quite right, I'd emulate the pose in a mirror and see if you can learn anything from that.
