I am working on a drawing program for UIQ3 phones (ie SonyEricsson M600, P990, W950), and this is a test image which I created completely with my program ;-)

I think you should lighten the two exterior pixels at the bottom of the cheeks, or, even better, round up the face more, fattening the neck. Also the top of the head is rather flat. Add some depth and highlights to the eyes to male them come out alive.
