This piece has something really cool to it. With better timing and improved frames this could be a masterpiece.
Somehow it reminds me very mutch of SD-Snatcher in the MSX2. :)

Grrr Image-Ready is the worst gif exporter :(. I need to fix this.
Yeah I know it has a problem with the balancing etc. As stated it's really old and I'm too lazy to fix it :) I liked the way the general movement turned out so I decided to post it anyway.

I see what B.O.B. means. I thought so too but then thought that thing by the third leg was a stabilizing pressure pack designed to keep it balanced. I love this so I wanted to justify it, hehe.

ps: the head thing seems like a 'gif' glitch

The problem isn't that bad with the way it walks. I just don't like the way the top of it's head/shell keep disapearing from view, and I also think the dynamics/physics of it only having 3 legs and keeping balance is a bit far fetched in my opinion. If a machine or Tri-pod, for that matter, would have only 3 appendages, I think the lone leg would best be behind it, as the balance or stabilizer, while the front two would mainly be for steering. Otherwise, it kinda looks a little strange.

there needs to be some movement on the shadow, but othere than that its good.
