I actually really like the disconnected elements of this piece, it makes it all the more intriguing for me. This is great by the way. :)

Man, really you make it easy for me :) With comments like that I don't even have to think of a reply - you make yourself look stupid enough.
So man, I got your PM and all that (apology accepted), and don't think I'm bitter, but really.. If I were you I'd think on a lot of things right about now. That's the last thing I'll say on this subject.

I just wanted to agree with blick in part, everyone should have their say,(on the other forums I hang out on, some of the most valued members never show anything) but on the other hand I sympathise with mykola too. If you cant contribute anything USEFUL, dont write anything at all. "its something about the art" = not useful
blicks critique = constructive and useful.
critique should be for helping people improve, not putting them down. think about that next time.

Van, don't be an idiot. Arguing on the internet is lame.Eckered, that mentality is so screwed up. If everyone made it a point to get better at art before they critiqued someone, then no one would improve because of lack of critique. I suggest we all have our varying opinions about the art being presented and let the artist choose the validity of the critique himself. Although, I do admit that was a really general statement on Schmidt's part.
As for the art, I think it's really well done. A lot of it doesn't make sense to me though. Balloons tied to a hilt of a sword, a open can and a guy smoking, none of which are interacting in anyway. It's just like 1 object, 2 object, 3 object, and it feels disconnected. The art itself is good, the concept isn't interesting though.

I admire the colour usage so so much, the colours are brilliantly awesome. Its just something with the art.. that's the problem. 3/5.

Co ja widzę? :| Wstawiłeś to na pj :D:D Nareszcie coś skończyłeś, ale miło by było jakby Twoje prace częściej były tu zamieszczane. Nie chce mi się po angielsku, ale coś muszę żeby się nie pluli. Jak miło jest sobie nabijać komenty.
