It means Iron power in german. Just a cool little thing I made. Changed the flag so no nody would get offended, I think it's cooler then a swastika. Notice the monocle :P

a swastika isnt needed, because the banner colours, and the look of the officer, give enough of a hing. the + could be a heart and still give off the same feeling

that, and swastika's are indeed more offending. besides. this is an official german symbol asl wel, commonly used on tanks.

Being from Germany, I don't think a swastika would add to the piece, because it could easily offend many people that way.
Still, it is a well done piece, although "Eisernekraft" is spelled "Eiserne Kraft", and you could add
some AA to the text, as it is kinda hard to read.

Personally I think a swastika would be cooler because we all know the dude in the center is some kind of SS officer or something

Also I think you should add some texture to the banners and add some highlights on the naziguy.
