He looks a lot like Sean Penn to me. :)
Also altought its neatly done and I really like the style, I dont really like the character himself very much = dont like his face.

just updated: fixed the ear, twiqued the lips and nitpicked in a few other areas.

Great! Normally you have tiny, but very light highlites, wich you didn't done on this piece. Very nice! Can this be the new trent of 2007? ^^

For the CC part: I think he needs some hair in his neck, that part seems empty, also his mouth looks a bit weird. Other than that its perfect in my eyes.
