The hips should move up and down, not just the head. Right now it looks like his upper body is expanding/contracting when he moves.

You could of course add some more frames for a smoother movement but I don't think it's necessary, just slow down the animation a bit and it should look fine.

It's a bit too fast.. You should add some frames maybe one frame extra for each step.
