Its great, but the highlights kind of stick out a bit. Try decontrasting a bit. The shirt is also nice.

Good question.
I dithered the image just before submiting it to pixeljoint. I only noticed that I forgot to dither the arms after doing this. The original image doesn´t have any dithering because the image was created for cross stitching and it becomes more dificult to stitch if I use dithering.

why did you dither the face and neck, but not the arms?
