Hey nice work, the animation looks fairly solid and smooth. My only critique would be that there is a massive loss in volume on his tentacles in the jump and attack part of his animation, they seem to get thinner and shorter. (He is an octopus though, which can contort and contract it's body in numerous ways because he has no bones so you could probably say that my point is moot
)

This is really fun! The death animation reminds me of the octopus aliens in Metal Slug.

No, its not really a style im giving myself, I just rushed a few frames. (especially the red fluff at parts, and the death animation).Unless you are talking about something else that I dont see?

I will prolly adjust them to be a wee bit darker and less colorful if it still stands out, but for now its clear like that because of complains I got that my game was waaay too dark. Damn you, very bright monitor!

I agree. This is probably the best animation I've seen from you yet. I would try defining your idle pixel skills, though. I mean, you seem to have animation down pact, but they still seem a little dirty, or unrefined. I mean, if that's the recommended style, than so be it. But awesome none the less.
