good job, nice dithering and also a nice palette but i think his hands could be emphasised like his ears are, thats what makes a cartoon cartoony, empthasis!

Went a final round with the ears, paws, dithering on pants and some small details.

Hehe, yeah I agree about the hands. I was just waiting for someone to point it out. I changed it on the smaller version.
