@rocky, often times programming effects lead to NPA parts of a game. Here they are only FX and so its still a pixelart game. Its a grey area, I know.

@[thUg], maybe update without the NPA smoke so there is no confusion/discussion about the pixelart part. I love the screens too.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't pixel art, even a pixel art game supposed to have a max of 256 colors? (Note: This pic does not show all the dif colored dust, orange, green, blue, etc.)

I assure you, I would not be bringing this up if It was not for the great, traditional pixel art quality of the rest of the work.

this screenshot hasd 464 colours (according to irfanview) and i guess this has been an awfull lot of work to complete...! nice job

Ok, I played the game, and the dust still looks like an air brush.

With the dust, is the game still under 256 colors?
