I like how you managed to stay at the perimeter of pillow-shading despite the frontal lightsource. My only small issue is the little bit boring palette, I guess you could do better than that. Back view is awsome.

Oh, I hope my comment didn't get misinterpreted these are awesome too. I was referring to the personailty of the character more than anything. Yes, the backside here is great.

Thanks, the lighting takes some time to set up, since it's very easy to make it pillow-shaded. I think I got away with some pretty good volumetric shading on his back view...
