i dont agree. Is something just could already be a finished piece, and this could be a finished piece, then it can be approved. For example, Helm posted this piece. It wasn't finished, but it looked cool. It's approved, and I think this is certainly worth approval too! If i were you id finish the plume of the helm with an edit, besides that its just amazing

can I give you an advice? do nt post unfinished works in the gallery. they will surely get rejected. instead of that, save it, maybe you'll figure something you could do with it.
