I've toyed around with the idea, and it is essentially just a rough idea of what I want to do. We'll see if I change anything else.

If this is like a foot-tapping thing, then you should do something with the body, just doesn't look right standing still while doing it. Nice though.

Yeah, I suppose it is too fast. Though in practice it's supposed to be like a Sonic-The-Hedgehog foot tapping thing. ie, it happens  once after a pause, not continuously while the character is still. For the purpose of making the animation... uh... lets just say I was lazy. Microsoft Gif Animator is quite honestly the most antiquated program I've seen in a long time.

I'd say it's a little fast, but it's really smooth.
