My 2nd try at pixel art. So I am just getting used to shading; I think I did a good job. I studied actual pictures when the pallette was marked down to 16 colors, and how the colors where dithered. I then took that noticed tactic and applied it. It is very simple really: Draw shades in blobs and crecents. Then dither the edges of the crecents. Make a couple of random pixels dithered where it seems right.
