The only problem I see is that one wing appears to be smaller than the other (the right wing).

Other than that, it looks great. Love the skeleton.

maybe you can give to the background just a little of texture, the creature is really cool, good job.

Some AA between the monster thing and the background would be nice. Also, continuing the shading up would make it better to me. Cool idea and great outcome.
