I don't know about any of that; I'm just going by the reference photo, in which Spock does not look that green.

Still, I really really like this and I think you did a great job with it!

It looks awesome :D and I'm not just sayin it 'cause it's Spock :3

Hatch - He might be a little greenish because Vulcans have copper-based blood, makes it bluish-green. So, he'd have a greenish tint instead of a pinkish one.
They hardly ever put the tinted makeup on Vulcans in live action (or if they did it was way too subtle for me to tell), but in the animated series they did make Spock a little greenish (more yellow than he should've been though).

You may want to post a link to your ref. photo or the WIP thread, though.

EDIT: The palette looks just a little too yellow/green to me.
