Nice scene with a good feeling of depth. I second Gas13 though, at first it does look like it's using less than 16 colours.

The cancer is the gerant of the Motel, the planktons (fav clientel) have no cars but travel muck for the sea "ecosystem"

Now that's some interesting depths, love the level of details. Not sure about the palette. While the colors are really unusual I can't get rid of the feeling there are about 6-7 colors in total, seems poor to me and reminds more of some lava scenes.

Love the crab and that brick walls (nice details). Good work.
