I still want to be as cool as some guys here. That means I need to practice.

What do you think?

The glass looks awesome, I'm not sure about the wine though, makes the glass look paper-thin..

SO GLOSSY! I love the reflections and how they have a tint of blue.. The shade on the wine is very lovely... beautiful how it gets darker toward the center.

Talking turkey, reflexes are wrongly flexed a little. Though, thanx anyway.

A really nice technical example. The glass reflection is excellent.

A job incredibly well done. (I'd like to see a picture like this, but with more utensils and a background as that would be wonderfully coooool!!!)

Surely. But if you master the technique, It won't limit your imagination no more (like a friend of mine says).

E.G.. like in cases when you want to draw something, but can not due to the lack of skill.

Thank you)

IMO its not up to what effects you can do, but what imagination you have to create awesome stuff. Looks great and i like it, i love the way the redness of the wine is reflected in the rod.

It looks very nice, you could get the colour count out of the 20's without damaging the piece. The base of the glass is a little small but other then that everything seems structurally and technically nice. Good job.

Thank's everybody.

Yes it's pixel by pixel. But I want to mention that while drawing, I was looking at an oil painting of a glass by Noodga Manana, because the colours there are more simple and understandable, than in a photo. Though, I was not just painting over it, because there will be no understanding of how to do it. I think it is easy to notice by eye.

So, if there is a reference pic needed, I can post a link to a painting -

awsome and only 26 colours? its Also cool how you did that lighting effect as it matches with the shadow

Sabata (Level 3 Hatchikyu) at 8/8/2007 12:21:00 PM
26 colors! Mine would have 1026....
It looks like pixel by pixel

jalonso (Level 11 Godfather) at 8/8/2007 12:03:00 PM
It better be pixel by pixel >:(

isatche (Level 1 Rookie) at 8/8/2007 12:02:00 PM
How did you do it? redndered and adjusted or clasic pixel-by-pixel? It is looking great anyway!

Metaru (Level 8 Brigadier General) at 8/8/2007 11:43:00 AM
