Stars are fine now , as for what Varock Shade said, transitions (between fog, and the cloud) are a bit sharp-edged.

that's not the problem 
the fog-kind of thing under the cloud for example, there are a few lines that could have been made smoother.

there are a few lines/curves that could have had some more attention (cause if you look closely they are not as round as they should be) but it's a piece that i like very much

stylish. however, two things i would grumble at if i could do it better :) :
-I know, these frayed edges make this look more cartoonish (do they ?), but i think it's overmuch.
-stars, especially those big ones, are placed randomly, yet they look as if they were not (too close to each other ?). and as for me, there's a lack of shapes.
