Frames for the main player ship in the shmup I'm making. Looks pretty dull I know, but this is just the "pod". You'll get to choose between different wing configurations (which are colourful and interesting) and they snap on to the pod. I just haven't finished those animations yet. I'll post another screenshot of the game once I've completed some new background graphics.

Basically the ship will rotate up/down as you move it in those directions (it's a sidescroller), but I ended up doing a full 360 rotation so I can have a fancy intro/powerup/end level animations.

So are there going to be gun turrets or whatever snapping onto the bottom? Other wise, I don't think having the flat base is too great an idea - it's just too dull.

The animation's great , really smooth. As Varock said, you've nailed down the 3D look. One thing, though: the flame seems to be pretty flat.
