The wings look way too low on the character, they seem to be extending from the middle of his lower midection, rather then from the elbow blades, where wings affixed on bipeds are usually placed. It might just be a stylistic thing, but generally I think the effect you're going for would be better achieved if it was moved up. Also thinking the torso in general is way too long...to keep it in proportion with general Sonic style and to make it look right you should shorten it.

It make it for me... ( Maybe except the left foot, where the blue things looks like a bit too much pointing on the outside (but maybe just a question of taste or shoes ^^))

Yes, I agree that the torso is too long and a bit wide considering.

in fact, the torso is way too long for the rest of the body. its not a matter of perspective yet proportions. legs should start at the actual heigh of the hands, aprox.

Actually, I don't think so. The legs are fine in my opinion. It might be that the arms are too skinny, however.

Well, you certainly make better Sonics than you do Marios

Not bad. I think the only real problem is the body. It is way too long and fat. The feet also look a bit odd, but it is still pretty good.

aren't those legs way too thicker than they are suposed to be? also, that left foot looks out of perspective.
