Nice! Very disturbing.
I noticed a lack of AA on lower jaw.

From close it looks like you really know what you are doing, but overaly the lighting on the head is too ambient, too non-contrast, and so it looks flat, like not shaded at all. Maybe there are even some lighting inconsistencies, but because of the nondescript lighting its hard to tell.

I like the facial Expressions on this, Good stuff!

I like the dithering you've done here, but the face looks really flat. The eyes seem sort of too bright, maybe tone it down a bit. The lips look a little strange to me as well. But a nice job over all.

Great shadowing and everything else.  I like how the hair fades to black seamlessly.

This is really nice. I especially like the speculars. I would say, though, that the face as a whole looks quite flat and the eyes and lips seems unpolished compared to the rest.

Still, I heart your style.
