Just a simple death animation for a soldier in a upcomming top-down action shooter. The soldiers weapon will be added by a programmer, that's why it's not in the animation now. Let me know what you think!

Yeah I've also noticed this problem! I'm going to make his standing sprite a bit bigger for the game so it doesn't look wierd. Thanx for the help!

The animation is fairly good, though the boots drop jerkily on the last frames. The colors and shading seem well done.

The biggest problem is with perspective. Greenraven got it right; the way you've animated this, he's looking bigger when he's lying down. If you need help seeing what we're talking about, I could try to help you through it. I'd have a hard time finding the right words though, so hopefully someone else will come by to give you a hand. The top down soldier looks a bit smaller than when he's laying on the ground. So it kinda looks like he grows a bit as he falls. I dunno, maybe it's just me.

But I do love the concept a lot.
