It's really good, but if you look closely in the top left-hand corner, you can see a lill' bit of choppyness. still awesome! ^^

Oddly enough, the transparency in this example I do think is fine and acceptable. I was trying to cover my ass before adding it

Hey, thanx for the cc, I am also planing to put it on pixelation, by the way its the sprite for a game so I just uploaded one of the examples of the walk so try to ignore the transparecy shadow and the logo :P its not the final version, will be edited a bit, but dont expect highest quality becouse I am not pointing at that in this project at the moment.

it looks like a cross between anime and lemmings. The arms I think should move more.

The arm movement is frozen in the middle of the walk.
You did attempt to lift the leg which is good, but I'm missing
a knee in it. Also the left leg (his right) is twisted / turned
which gives it character, but also distracts a little bit.
I don't like the logo in the animation.
And I have to agree on the style. You have much going for
with this. You are good enough to move him a little bit to the
side.
I adore the head. I love the subtle movements of the
hair, the blinking of the eyes and the color selection.

jal - you don't think it's a minute enough detail?

it's my personal opinion that twisted perspective makes for bad art, but if you are happy with, it, i can't hate. the legs are animated pretty well, but there are some mass changing issues and it's a little strange the way they really dont seem like part of the body. not a bad try. if you bring this over to wayofthepixel.net there are a lot of people who can get things moving better (walking animations always get a lot of attention.)

Good coloring and all, nice smooth animation, but I still don't like those "game options" that make it so he has to walk diagonally.

Thats what It was wished to me, and thats what I did, apparently I was told to make it facing forward, becouse of some game options.

It looks odd. He's walking diagonal, but he's facing forward.
