For the "Spoiler" weekly challenge
I wanted a steam punks style, but I couldnt get the goggles etc. to look good, I hope it is still good enough...
(Dont looks for the steam punks style because I left all of it out, the picture didnt work with only half of it)

Edit: Removed the communicator and uploaded WIP
(You might have to hit F5 in order to see difference)

Second edit: Uploaded it with the theme, o dont have time a.t.m. to improve it... :( (Preview pic is still normal)

Third edit: Followed Adams advice, more muscular yaw, bigger mouth and another go at the theme. :D

Wow thanks Adam :P and the edit is appreciated, even though it makes me look like a nerd XD (fits the style I guess...) Ill try to improve it some more now, thanks :D

Hmm. The update has the fantasy touch now but it doesn't really screams steampunk to me. I'd recommend some classic glasses like http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v157/pembroke/pixeljoint/vertigo_portrait.gif ( I apologise, couldn' resist to make an edit - instead of working on my own piece) You could even enhance it with the background - some gears would do the trick.

On the portrait part I agree with jalonso. Not quite you but definiately a close relative. Maybe a bit wider mouth and a bit more masculine jaw woud bring it closer to you.

The portrait side of it looks good...

Good work, but I couldn't vote for it because of the content.   Add elf ears or something simple to make it more fantasy.

Well, there is still time left in the challenge, challenge yourself to put some steampunk stuff on this guy, if you can't do it, no big deal, but at least you tried right?

As I said, the fantasy element is nowhere :S as you can see in the W.I.P. it didnt work out the way i wanted it... Google steam punks if you want to know what I was going for when making those other versions
