The face is kinda confusing to me. I had to zoom in to even get a handle on what was going on.

I think the nose is too close in feature to the eye...

The walk-run is what I don´t like but you have
a GREAT sense of weight in the leap and landing.

nope, its a character for a mobile game. I actually had to draw him to look a bit like a dude on a photo though, but its not me.

Really cute and well animated.

Maybe you could use the dark grey in the beard to soften shadow transitions in the fur and cap.
