This is my entry for Shonegold's pixel art competition at deviantART. I've tried several mockups before but I never managed to finish one. Now that I've got the hang of it I'm sure you'll see more of them appear in my gallery soon. The swirly blue things at the bottom are the characters' names and up till now no one has been able to tell what they spell. (You're not supposed to either, in the game they'd have codenames and their actual names wouldn't be revealed until the end. If it was a real game.) They're twins I originally made up to star in the games for Mythias They're potion masters from the Goddess Phocas' tribe, Goddess of Light and Time... hence the name of the game. 'Fireplace' refers to winter and holidays and 'Tales' to the fact that Mythias is/will be a new mythology community, thus mostly about making up stories, which I really want people to see in the games as well. Long story mm. I posted this at Pixelation for critique before and it really helped. I'm still not satisfied, but I don't ever plan on editing this again. I've spent far too much time editing this already.
